All sushi (nigiri) is served one piece per order. Sashimi is typically 3 pieces per order for cut fish, and served as 3 scoops in a small bowl for caviar. For artistic purposes, the chef may prepare orders of sashimi with more or less than 3 cuts, but the overall portion size should remain the same. Ask your server for details.
