At Origami Uptown, we are very pleased to offer you, Gyu-Don (literal translation: Beef Bowl), a very traditional Japanese dish, consisting of a tender and savory, slowly braised beef and onion served in a rice bowl. It is topped with negi (green onion), beni shoga (pickled red ginger), and sesame seeds.
Also, the demand and requests for the Tempura Fried Asparagus were too frequent to ignore, so we are bringing them back! A crispy panko crusted fried asparagus that is served with a Yuzu Cilantro aoli.
