As the temperature outside drops a little, Origami Uptown Head Kitchen Chef Junji Umezu is making a delicious Butternut Squash Cream Soup to warm your bellies. It is served with rice puffs, leek crisps and drizzled with pumpkin seed oil. A perfect complement with our Pinot Gris or Gruner Veltliner!
Also, due to popular demand, we are bringing back the deliciously grilled Kalbi marinated beef short ribs. Grilled with a perfect amount of char, they are served with our house made kimchi and sprinkled with sesame.
