The fantastic kitchen has made his special Braised Duck MaZe-Men (pronounced “Mah-zeh-men”), which is a mixed ramen noodle served with Kikurage mushrooms (Japanese tree mushrooms), shelled edamame, bell peppers, red onion, and sweet egg custard. We serve this with our own house made sesame sauce.
Also, Head Sushi Chef, Shige “Samurai” Soma has some fantastic selections from behind the sushi bar. Flown in directly from the famous Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo, we have Inada (Juvenile Yellowtail), Isaki (Grunt), and Shima Aji (Striped Jack Mackerel). We also have an in-house kelp cured Ishimochi (White Croaker) and a Yellowfin Tuna marinated with Samurai’s very own soy and sake reduction. Please stop in while we still have supplies available!
