Tonkotsu Ramen is ramen noodle in a creamy pork bone based broth. It is very popular in Japan and the United States. We are serving it with a traditional pork belly, poached egg, spinach, bean sprouts, bamboo, red pickled ginger, chopped green onion, and shredded nori! Also, we are keeping the extremely popular Tempura Fried Asparagus special going! Asparagus that is first tempura battered, then rolled in seasoned Japanese panko breadcrumbs, then deep fried and served with a delicious Yuzu cilantro mayo (Yuzu is a very fragrant Japanese citrus fruit).
