Starting today Origami downtown is serving Fugu (blowfish) for the winter season

Fugu has become one of the most celebrated dishes in Japan. With a certification of chef Shigeyuki Furukawa, Origami downtown is one of only 18 restaurant in the US to serve this notorious dish, which includes Fugu sashimi, kara-age and fin hot sake, for a limited time. (Read more…)
