Origami Uptown’s kitchen has made a special treat for our fantastic vegetarian guests!
We are featuring a special Asian Mushroom and Tofu Yakisoba (pan sauteed noodles) with cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, and served with beni shoga (red pickled ginger) and Aonori (dried seaweed). A great pairing with Clos du Bois Unoaked Chardonnay and Acrobat Pinot Gris.
We are also featuring a classic Japanese Cha-han (fried rice) stocked with delicious shrimp, kurobuta sausage (Berkshire sausage), ribeye steak, and Asian Vegetables. This pairs deliciously with Origami exclusive sake Toryuu (Rising Dragon) and Housui (Fragrant Water).
