Origami Uptown’s hard working kitchen is back at the broth pot again and this time has delivered a delicious Miso Ramen. This ramen features a braised pork belly, moyashi (bean sprouts), menma (bamboo shoots), and topped with nori (seaweed) in a red miso broth. Perfect for the cooling temperatures outside!
