Due to overwhelming success and positive feedback, Head Chef Junji Umezu is bringing back two favorites from past Specials. First is his delicious Snow Crab with Avocado Wasabi Puree, yuzu mayo, a cucumber shiso gelee, and micro cilantro.
Also, the very popular and delicious Kalbi marinated grilled beef shortribs with some house made kimchee.
