Sushi isn’t the only thing we do at Origami Restaurant in Uptown. We have some other great traditional Japanese items like the Asari Clam Sakamushi. Manila clams and asparagus steamed in sake, then finished with lemon and a light soy-vinegar. A delicious starter or accompaniment that you may have previously not noticed!
